Program:

The development consists of the main warehouse with 10.700 m² and attached office buildings, changing rooms, utility buildings such as battery house, water box, pump room, substation, and others. My tasks were to coordinate the project, present the team's competition tables for drafting legal and executive projects, and select team members. I was also responsible for the project management plan and follow-up meetings with the project team and client, including the meeting's minutes with all information, definitions, interfaces assumed, deadlines agreed, and responsibilities established.
