Service includes everything needed to design and manage your project from start to finish with attention to every detail. This service is completely customized to your unique project needs and works from a single room to entire home or a much bigger project. It starts with a consultation and assessment and ends with a complete design project, which may include renovations, architectural features, custom designed and upholstered furniture, custom window treatments, wallpaper, artwork, flooring, accessories, and paint. Initially you fill a questionnaire of details about your style preferences and budget so I can get a sense of your unique style. Then, development the project and client appreciation. Finally, design revisions based on feedback. 3d visuals, furniture layout, color schemes, shopping lists.

Interior Design |Turn key solutions

Includes all service described in the full scope as well as, all the heavy lifting and managing all details, including selections, ordering, tracking, receiving, inspecting, installing furnishings and materials – all while working with your timeline and budget. If you would like to manage ordering yourself you can do so by using a detailed shopping list. I work side by side with the contractor chosen by the client overseeing full project, supervising them, ensuring completion within schedule and budget.

HOW DO I WORK WITH YOU?

Fill out my contact form, including relevant details to your space. We can have an introductory phone call or meeting to discuss the project, including your challenges, ideas, and goals. After this, I send a quotation according to the interview, which, if approved, starts the work.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

At a minimum, a complete residential project usually takes 1 month to complete from the initial consultation through the presentation of the client binder.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Most of my work is predominantly located in Dubai and surrounding cities. Please note that travel fees apply to all areas outside of Dubai.

WHAT'S YOUR STYLE?

I don’t have a particular signature style. The most important is to assess your needs and provide a design plan that puts function first and is also a beautiful providing integrated solutions, offering you any interior design from classical to Hi-Tech.

ARE YOU WILLING TO DO JUST ONE ROOM?

Many projects begin with just one room. My job is to develop a design plan that is unique to who you are and how you live. I can work with you to implement your design plans room by room.

ARE YOU ABLE TO INCORPORATE EXISTING PIECES?

If it is possible to do so and if they work with the new design direction. I do this in almost every project I work on.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE PURCHASING?

There are two ways to purchase the items for your design, one is managed by me and the other is managed by you. Orders managed by me are made once you have approved the final purchasing list and paid all relevant fees. If you’d like to manage ordering yourself you can do so by using a detailed shopping list.

HOW INVOLVED WITH THE PROCESS WILL I NEED TO BE?

Most of my clients are busy and prefer to lean on my design vision and execution. The design process is a collaborative effort between the two of us. Your input regarding taste and lifestyle is key in order for me to design a space that is tailored to you. Once the design direction is determined, you need to approve each room before a final design is made. Any work that is performed onsite by contractors, electricians, painters, etc. will be hired directly by you. I have a list of people I have worked with that I am happy to recommend.

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR WORK?

I charge a fee for design services determined by the scope of the project. This is determined from assessing the time and resources the project will take. The fee will be outlined in your letter of agreement at the start of the project. For full scope interior design, I handle the purchase management for your design project. I will provide you with a detailed proposal that outlines your selections costs at our first design presentation.
