Program:

The development consists of the main warehouse with 23,693.52 m² and attached office buildings, changing rooms, concierge / driver support, utility buildings such as battery house, water box, pump room, substation and others. My tasks were to coordinate the project and overseeing the building. I was also responsible for the project management plan and follow-up meetings with the project team and client, including the meeting's minutes with all information, definitions, interfaces assumed, deadlines agreed, and responsibilities established to ensure that the decisions taken are always documented.
